He has excellent contrast between his dark sides and lighter dorsal pattern, with nice coverage and prominent cresting. His colours and pattern may continue to develop as he matures. The younger they are, the more sensitive they are to water conditions, etc. They are a labour of love, but totally worth it! Please note that they cannot be sexed until they reach 12-18 months of age.
