PetTrader.co.uk is a UK-wide marketplace where people buy, sell, adopt and rehome pets, and where pet businesses list their services. We built it because pet owners deserve clear adverts, honest sellers and fair pricing — not endless upsells.
What we do
- Free browsing and searching of every live advert across the UK.
- Low-cost adverts for private sellers, with subscriptions for breeders and businesses.
- A pet services directory covering vets, groomers, trainers, kennels, walkers and more.
- Built-in messaging so buyers and sellers can talk without sharing personal contact details up front.
Our approach to welfare
We ask every seller to advertise honestly: accurate ages, health information, microchip and vaccination status where relevant, and photographs of the actual animal. Adverts that breach our rules are removed, and repeat offenders lose their accounts.

PetTrader is operated by Marine Trader Ltd, which also runs PuppyTrader.co.uk. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
